In order to meet the demand of telephone request used in gas&oil platform or sea port, corrosion resistance, waterproof grade and endurance to the hostile environment are very important factors when choose handsets. As a professional OEM in this filed, we took all the details into consideration from the original materials to internal structures, electrical components and external cables.
For harsh environment, UL approved ABS material, Lexan anti-UV PC material and carbon loaded ABS material are available for different usages; With noise reducing microphone, this handset could be used in noisy plant and environment.
In order to improve the handset’s waterproof grade, we made some change from structure compared with common handsets in market. Then add sound permeable waterproof film on speaker and microphone. With these measures, the waterproof grade reach to IP66 and could meet all the outdoor usage.

This weatherproof handset could be used in all the outdoor telephones which set in highway, tunnel, pipe galley, gas pipeline plant, dock&port, chemical wharf, chemical plant and so on.
